As the sun dips below the horizon, casting a golden glow across Phuket’s stunning beaches, participants gather for a unique experience: a 60-minute sunset meditation and 60-minute yoga session.

This holistic practice combines mindful meditation with gentle yoga poses, helping attendees connect with nature, unwind, and find inner calm. Ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this peaceful retreat encourages personal reflection and promotes overall well-being.

With the sound of the ocean waves and the beauty of the sunset as your backdrop, it’s the perfect way to end the day.

 

Remark

  • Children are from 4 -11 years.
  • Infants are under 4 years old.

Itinerary

Sunset Meditation & Yoga

Duration: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Locations:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Patong Beach
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday: Kata Beach

5:30 PM – Arrival & Introduction

  • Participants gather at the designated beach for a warm welcome and brief introduction to the session.
  • You’ll be provided with mats and any necessary equipment.

 

5:45 PM – 60-Minute Sunset Meditation

  • As the sun begins to set, enjoy a guided 60-minute meditation session.
  • This mindfulness practice helps you connect with the tranquil surroundings and center your thoughts, guided by the sound of the ocean waves and the golden hues of the sunset.

 

6:45 PM – 60-Minute Yoga Session

  • Flow into a gentle, 60-minute yoga practice suitable for all levels.
  • The session focuses on relaxation, stretching, and harmonizing with nature. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this class promotes inner peace and well-being.

 

7:45 PM – Closing & Reflection

  • As the session concludes, take a moment for personal reflection.
  • Enjoy the final moments of the sunset, feeling refreshed and at peace, before parting ways.

 

This Sunset Meditation & Yoga practice offers the perfect balance of relaxation, physical movement, and mental clarity, allowing participants to end their day in harmony with nature.
